We are a for-profit Medicare/Medicaid Certified Home Health Agency providing services to Medicare/Medicaid, Developmental Disability, U.S Veterans Affairs (VA), and Passport clients. These services include:

• Home Health Aides/Personal Care

• Homemaker/Respite

• Physical Therapy

• Occupational Therapy

• Speech-Language Pathology Services and

• Medical Social Services

We accept Medicare traditional policies and most of the Medicare HMOs in Northeast Ohio. We also accept many managed care, Medicaid policies (waivers, with case managers, etc.), and most Medicaid/Medicare-based insurance policies. We also accept private pay arrangements upon discussion with our staff.
